If you’re hungry all the time, it’s not a lack of discipline … it’s your portions and macros.

So how do we get our portions right especially with our fiber and protein?

You don’t need to track every gram to eat enough protein + fiber.

But you do need enough of both to stay full, steady, and out of the snack‑spiral.

The problem?

Tracking is tedious.

It’s time‑consuming, it pulls you out of real life, and most people quit after 3 days. And honestly… you don’t need to live on MyFitnessPal to eat like an adult.

So instead of chasing numbers, I have a simple guide to get your portions right.

The answer is in the palm of your hand! ✋

Protein portions:

✋ 1–2 palm‑sized servings at meals

Fiber portions:

🥗 1–2 fist size portions of produce per meal
🍚 1-2 cupped handfuls of whole grains OR beans/lentils when you include them

This gets most people close enough to feel:

🔸 Fewer cravings
🔸 Steadier energy
🔸 Better digestion
🔸 More control without tracking a single gram

Add a fiber-rich snack mid-morning to prevent overeating at lunch.

If you’re waiting for life to slow down so you can get in shape… you’ll be waiting forever.

Life isn’t going to hand you the perfect schedule.

Work gets busy. Kids need things. Friends want to hang out. Weekends fill up.

And somehow… your fitness always ends up last on the list.

But here’s the truth no one tells you:

You don’t need an easier life.

You need a strategy that works inside your real life.

Because the people who stay consistent aren’t the ones with more time …
They're the ones who learn how to train through the chaos.

Chaos like driving kids everywhere, still needing to cook dinner, a hard day at work … and somehow you’re supposed to find time to work out??! 😖

It can feel impossible. Especially if you think you need hours in the gym, separate meals for the family, and perfection every day… but that’s just nonsense.

Because here’s what’s actually happening with my clients:

✨ Feeling in control again

➡️ No longer feeling like life is happening to them, but like they finally have momentum, structure, and a routine that works.

✨ Confidence showing up in every part of life
