SUNO Inc, Southern University at New Orleans Small Business Incubator In December 2011, Southern University at New Orleans opened SUNO INc its community-serving small business incubator.

Made possible by a HUD grant, the program serves the local community in successful development of start-up and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services. The business incubator’s main goal is to produce successful enterprises that will leave the program financially viable and freestanding. Incubator graduates have the potential to create jobs, revitalize neighborhoods, and strengthen local and national economies.
