Dragonfly Media absolutely knocked it out of the park capturing the Kenner Business Association luncheon! 🎥👏

Thank you for showcasing the energy, the conversations, and the relationships that make our business community so special. I hope everyone who attended walked away with new connections, new opportunities, and lasting relationships.

As we head into the weekend, remember… networking isn’t about collecting contacts—it’s about connecting with people.

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone! ☀️

Business owners spent thousands on marketing…

But the cheapest sign they buy might be the one with the biggest lesson. 👀

What can happen in 15 minutes?

At the Louisiana Restaurant Association Showcase, I walked around meeting vendors and listening to how they approached customers.

I wasn’t there looking for business.

I was looking for an opportunity to help.

I stopped at one booth and asked if they would mind if I shared a few ideas. In about 15 minutes, we worked on their first impression, their opening approach, and ways to create a stronger connection with the people walking by.

Today I’m sharing their testimonial.

The part that meant the most to me wasn’t hearing that I know sales.

It was hearing him say, more than once, that I cared.

That is what this is all about.

Every company at that showcase invested time, money, and energy to be there. Every person walking by their booth was an opportunity they couldn’t afford to miss.

Sometimes we get so focused on making a profit that we forget the impact we can make simply by helping someone.

So here’s my challenge to you…

If you’re as good as you think you are, give someone 15 minutes of your time.

Teach them something.
Encourage them.
Help them improve.

If you can change one person’s day, maybe they’ll do the same for someone else.

That’s how real impact grows. ❤️

You never know what 15 minutes can do.

This weekend at the LA Restaurant Association Showcase, I stopped by a booth and asked a simple question:

“Would you mind if I shared an idea?”

In just 15 minutes, we transformed his 30-second introduction.

Knowledge is powerful… but only when we share it.

If you have something that can help someone grow, don’t keep it to yourself. One conversation could change the way they do business forever.

The full testimonial is coming later today. Stay tuned. #

For the past two days, I’ve been walking the floor at the LA Restaurant Association Louisiana Restaurant Association Showcase.

Most people came to showcase their products.

I came to study conversations.

As a sales trainer, I’m fascinated by the little things that separate a salesperson from someone who simply takes orders. Every handshake, every introduction, every first impression tells a story.

While making my way through the booths, I met Chet Caldarera and the Rally Marketing team.

We spent about 15 minutes talking through part of my sales system—not a script, not a gimmick, just practical ways to create better conversations and stronger relationships.

The next day, I stopped back by.

They weren’t talking about the ideas…

They were already using them.

That, to me, is what success looks like.

Even more humbling, Chet took a few moments to record a testimonial about what those 15 minutes meant to him. I’m only sharing a short teaser today because I want you to hear the full story tomorrow.

As trainers, speakers, and leaders, our goal isn’t to impress people.

It’s to equip people.

When someone immediately puts what you’ve taught into practice, that’s the greatest compliment you can receive.

Thank you, Chet, and the Rally Marketing team, for your openness, your energy, and your willingness to keep growing.

🏆 The real winners aren’t the people with the loudest pitch.

They’re the ones who never stop learning.

🎥 Watch the teaser today… the full testimonial drops tomorrow.
