WARNING LONG POST

Im nervous, im excited, im relieved, and im passionate. This has been something I have wanted to do for the majority of my adult life. Vibrational Mind Wellness Center operates from 4 core principles. The Scientific, the Psychological, the Spiritual, and the Metaphysical. It is truly holistic. Its sole purpose is to create awareness of YOU. I firmly believe we have been thinking about this entire scene WRONG. If we truly want to assist anyone we need to address the person first. Holistically and on their own terms. Evrybody doesnt makenitnon the boat but that doesnt stop you me from helping themninderstand thier map.

Education is important, Advocacy is important, Medication management is important, Social Determinants are very important but all of those things mean absolutely nothing if we do not assess, define and acknowledge the person we so quickly assign a diagnosis to. More importantly give them opportunity to be more aware on their own terms then allow them the automony we speak of but hardly ever allow. The goal is awareness and nothing more. In the mist of chaos I speak of clarity. In the mist of destruction I speak of change. I am firmly aware that I am building a boat on dry land but I see a flood coming and I can not ignore that.

So here it is. This Center is not the norm. Its sits in the space between technology and holistic practices. It serves as an adjunct service to not just any primary care service but also to any spiritual or non traditional treatment modality. This is about the intercontness of us all not the separation that we have been conditioned to normalize. The saying goes that there is nothing new under the sun. Well maybe its time we look outside this solar system of plagary and deeper into ourselves.

I am a healthcare administrative professional, a business consultant, a nerd, a tech j***y, an artist, a sound alchemist, a life coach, a mindfulness practitioner and a being with a purpose but today I add owner of Vibrational Mind Wellness Center to that list.
Oh, What a wonderful journey this has turned out to be.
