🚨 Victory for Free Speech & End-of-Life Care! 🚨

On Thursday, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of death doula Lauren Richwine, striking down Indiana’s attempt to silence her work. The court didn’t hold back, stating: “This approach furthers the state’s interests the way an atom bomb would further the eradication of a residential ant infestation.”

Lauren, founder of Death Done Differently, helps families with end-of-life planning — offering guidance, compassion, and support. Indiana tried to force her to spend thousands on irrelevant funeral licenses just to speak about these options.

Thanks to this ruling, she can continue helping families face loss with dignity, love, and courage.
