ابتداءً من 1 أكتوبر 2025، فرضت الحكومة الأمريكية رسوم سنوية بقيمة 100 دولار على الأشخاص الذين لديهم طلب لجوء قيد المعالجة.

🔹 هذه الرسوم منفصلة عن رسوم تقديم الطلب.
🔹 يجب دفعها كل سنة طالما أن ملف اللجوء لم يُحسم بعد.

📌 ابتداءً من 18 أكتوبر 2025 رح يتغير امتحان التجنّس:
• بدل ما يكون 10 أسئلة (ويُسأل المتقدّم 10 ويحتاج يجاوب على 6 صح)،
• رح يصير 20 سؤال لازم تجاوب على الأغلب صح.
• وعدد بنك الأسئلة رح يزيد من 100 سؤال إلى 128 سؤال.

✅ لذلك، اللي مؤهّل للتقديم ننصحه يقدّم هسا حتى يمتحن بالنسخة الحالية الأسهل.
⏳ لا تأجّل – استغل الفرصة قبل التغيير.

🚨 هناك ثلاث فئات من حاملي البطاقة الخضراء (الجرين كارد) يُنصحون بعدم السفر الدولي في الوقت الحالي:
1️⃣ من لديهم سجل جنائي خطير.
2️⃣ من يقيمون خارج الولايات المتحدة ويعودون كل ستة أشهر فقط للحفاظ على الإقامة، إذ بدأت السلطات تلاحظ هذا الأمر.
3️⃣ من يملكون بطاقة إقامة لمدة سنتين عن طريق الزواج، لكنهم انفصلوا عن أزواجهم ولم تتم الموافقة بعد على معاملة (I-751).

✈️ السفر في هذه الحالات قد يعرّضكم لمشكلات كبيرة، وربما يتم تحويلكم إلى قاضي الهجرة. من الأفضل البقاء داخل الولايات المتحدة في هذه الفترة حفاظًا على وضعكم القانوني

🚨 Three groups of green card holders should avoid traveling internationally right now:
1️⃣ Those with a serious criminal history.
2️⃣ Those who live outside the U.S. and only come back every 6 months to “maintain” their residency — immigration is catching on.
3️⃣ Those with a two-year marriage green card who got divorced and whose I-751 is still pending.

✈️ Traveling in these situations can cause serious issues, and you may end up in front of an immigration judge. Stay safe and avoid international travel for now.

🚨 Stay Updated: NEW USCIS Rules You Can’t Ignore (⏳ August 2025)

Here are the most important changes to know:
1. New Fee Deadlines
Starting July 22, 2025, USCIS introduced updated fees for select immigration forms. Any form postmarked on or after August 21, 2025, submitted without the correct fee, will be rejected outright.
 
2. Stricter Child Age Calculation (CSPA)
Effective August 15, 2025, USCIS will use the “Final Action Dates” from the Visa Bulletin to determine a child’s age under the Child Status Protection Act, instead of the more generous “Dates for Filing.” This raises the risk of children “aging out” of green card eligibility—even if the parent’s petition is still pending.

3. No Digital Signatures on I-129 Forms
USCIS has begun denying H‑1B cap petitions that include scanned, photocopied, or digital signatures. The Form I‑129 now must have a handwritten signature, or it could face denial or a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID).
 
4. New Alien Registration Requirement (G‑325R Form)
A new Form G‑325R (Biographic Information) and an online registration process have been launched for individuals who have not yet registered under INA §262. This registration is mandatory to stay compliant.

1. مواعيد ورسوم جديدة
ابتداءً من 22 يوليو 2025، USCIS بدأت بتطبيق رسوم جديدة لبعض النماذج. أي طلب يُرسل بتاريخ 21 أغسطس 2025 أو بعده بدون الرسوم الصحيحة، فسيتم رفضه على الفور.
 
2. تعديل صارم لحساب سن الأطفال (CSPA)
اعتباراً من 15 أغسطس 2025، USCIS ستستخدم ”Final Action Dates” من جدول تأشيرات وزارة الخارجية لتحديد سن الطفل حسب قانون حماية الحالة الطفولية (CSPA)، بدلاً من “Dates for Filing” التي كانت أكثر تساهلاً. هذا قد يزيد من احتمال أن يفقد الأطفال أهلية الحصول على البطاقة الخضراء حتى لو كان طلب والديهم ما يزال قيد المعالجة.

3. لا توقيعات رقمية على نموذج I‑129
USCIS بدأت ترفض طلبات H‑1B التي تتضمن توقيعات ممسوحة أو إلكترونية. لازم يكون التوقيع على نموذج I‑129 مكتوب بخط اليد، وإلّا ممكن ينرفض أو يصدر إشعار نية رفض (NOID).

4. متطلبات تسجيل جديد للأجانب (نموذج G‑325R)
