Job description

Project Manager: This position requires detail oriented people, that can multi task, in an ever changing fast paced sign business.

Interacts daily (both verbally and in written form) with personnel at all levels (Sales Executives, Designers, Estimators, Production Manager, Operations Manager and Road Crew) on a variety of project management issues to ensure timely turn-a-round of projects.

Works independently and makes decisions on significant customer matters without input from sales or management.

Participates in weekly production meetings to ensure on-time delivery and communicates changes, etc. with sales team and clients.

Monitors and tracks the status of all projects handled by the Sales Executive(s) through internal software systems and service boards.

Consults with the Sales Executive(s) & Clients: verbally, written and in person.

Prepares and sends project proposal(s) to Sales Executives and Clients as per requested by sales rep. Delivery can be via email, fax, or in person.

Assembles client packages when needed.

Ensures all required documents are received from Client once project is sold.

Facilitates logistical information and acts as the liaison between the sales staff, client and production staff.

Researches zoning ordinances for project locations.

Srickler Signs has an immediate need for a road crew tech: Salary based on skill level. This position requires the ability to handle heights and changing temperatures outside.



Review full work packet and answer any questions.
Monitor all material used in each individual project.
Keep work area clean and free from potential hazards.
Erect ladders, scaffolding, movable and immovable staging and various rigging to gain access to difficult areas to hang signs.
Perform services such as electrical hookups, welding, troubleshooting, cleaning, painting and bulb replacement etc.
Repair and maintain electrical and non-electrical signs.
Climb in and out of man basket to access signs and roof tops
Operate aerial equipment, be knowledgeable about electrical issues, properly document work orders, and communicate with customers and company sales reps. As well as working with fabricators on specs of signs for large jobs.
Ensure there are not any potential hazards or concerns and report to manager.
