Recently, we received a phone call from a customer reporting that someone had contacted her 80+ year-old mother claiming to represent our company. The caller was attempting to sell water treatment services and obtain personal information from her.

Please be aware that this was NOT our company. Our phone number has been spoofed and is being used by someone attempting to gain access to personal information.

Please remain diligent and use caution if you receive an unexpected call from someone claiming to represent our company. Never provide personal or financial information over the phone without first verifying who you are speaking with.

If you receive a suspicious call, please contact our company directly using a phone number you know to be legitimate—not a number provided by the caller—to verify the request.

Thank you for helping us protect our customers and the community from these types of scams.
