New summer horse camp week being offered! Week of June 16th, 3 spots left, the other weeks are full.
Camp runs Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 9:30am-1:30pm (no camp on Weds). Open to beginner through intermediate riders ages 8-12 (at the time of camp) and limited to 6 kids a week for individual attention. With the snow falling, who would rather think about summer?! Summer Horse Camp 2025 registration starts tomorrow Monday, January 6th. Since I have had so much time off due to this horrible weather, I'm already thinking about Summer Camp 2025! Current lesson students please check your email that I sent through Equine Office, it has details for current lesson students only summer camp! Or feel free to text me. Non-lesson kids please see below!

Camp will run Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 9:30am-1:30pm. No camp on Wednesday. At 1pm Friday we will have a demo/show. Parents/families/friends will be welcome to attend.

Typical camp day will include bringing in horses to feed them breakfast, clean stalls, fill water buckets, give hay. Groom and tack up horses. First group rides while the other does a craft or special activity. Lunch. Switch groups for riding and craft/activities. Untack horses and groom/rinse them and put them away. Afternoon activities.

Activities may include things like a hike to the creek, tack care/cleaning, scavenger hunt, bathing horses, games, learning vet care basics and of course visiting the goats!

There is a limit of 6 kids a week. I will start taking registrations in January once I figure out which weeks to offer. To register there will be a $175 non refundable deposit with the balance of $175 due May 1st 2025. For 2025 the ages for all weeks will be 8-12 years old. If your child was at camp in 2024 and will only be 7 years old in 2025 they are still able to come! If your child falls outside of the age range and you are interested in camp feel free to reach out. We lost a hen a couple weeks ago and we thought she was dead. Turns out she was hiding and sitting on a nest of eggs! We had 5 babies hatch a few days later.
