Before they were helping people create calmer homes, organized files, and less overwhelming lives, they were just tiny humans with big opinions, even bigger snack requirements, and absolutely no interest in email threads.

Somewhere between playground days and today’s project timelines… they grew into the people who now make Pepper work the way it does.

From day one, Brigette stepped into Pepper with clarity, precision, and a deep sense of ownership over the work. She has been instrumental in building the systems that hold everything together: from developing SOPs, strengthening our workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring that every part of our operations reflects the level of care we promise our clients.

With over a decade of experience in operations and leadership, Brigette brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and grounded ex*****on. Celebrating one amazing year with Kim Alojado, our Payments Coordinator✨

Kim has been part of Pepper for a year now, supporting our day-to-day financial tasks: from invoicing and payment tracking to keeping our records organized and up to date. Her work helps keep things moving behind the scenes.

What we appreciate most about Kim, though, goes beyond the work itself. She shows up with kindness, a gentle presence, and a genuine care for others.

Outside of Pepper, Kim uses her income to support outreach efforts for children in her community -- something that reflects her heart and values in a very real way.

Kim, thank you for being part of the team and for the humanity you bring into the work.
