Dynamic Breathwork brings our breath and awareness to the present moment experience and allows us to become aware of the quality of our thoughts. When we are in touch with the truth of who we are, our felt sense is peaceful and joyful and we have well-being. Whereas our scarcity and isolation thoughts about ourselves generate anxiety, fear and anger. Our felt sense then becomes instant feedback about the quality our thoughts and give us impetus to w**d our garden.
