Another Trains & Parks of Colorado adventure is in the books!

Colorado certainly showed off for our 2026 group with beautiful weather, incredible mountain scenery, and some unforgettable rail journeys.

But as anyone who travels with us knows, the people you share the journey with can make all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better group of travelers. There were plenty of laughs, new friendships, and great memories made as we traveled together through the Rockies.

From riding historic trains through the mountains to exploring some of Colorado's most beautiful landscapes, it was a fantastic trip from beginning to end.

Warther Tours is looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This position plays an important role in helping our travelers prepare for memorable vacations. You'll assist customers over the phone, through email, and in person while supporting our tour operations behind the scenes.

Responsibilities Include:
• Answering incoming phone calls and customer emails
• Assisting customers with tour reservations and payments
• Preparing travel documents and tour materials
• Managing customer information within our reservation system
• Updating the Warther Tours app for upcoming departures
• Assisting customers with travel protection and claims
• Coordinating special air arrangements and airline check-in
• Supporting Tour Directors and Tour Coordinators before departures
• Providing outstanding customer service to every traveler

What We're Looking For:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Schedule

We are seeking someone to work a minimum of 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidate.

We offer a flexible daytime schedule and are happy to work with the right person. This position could be an excellent fit for someone looking to work while their children are in school, as well as someone seeking a full-time career in the travel industry.

Sometimes the best travel memories come from the unexpected.

Our Danube Explorer travelers experienced a few unexpected twists before and during their journey. Flight cancellations, delays, and changing river conditions created some logistical challenges along the way—but if you asked anyone on the tour, they'd tell you the memories far outweighed the obstacles.

Through it all, our travelers embraced every change with patience, flexibility, and a sense of adventure.

And in the end? They still explored breathtaking cities, sailed one of Europe's most iconic rivers, experienced incredible history and culture, and shared plenty of laughs along the way.

Travel doesn't always go exactly as planned—but that's often when the best stories are written.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful travelers for being such great sports and to our Tour Directors, staff, and travel partners for working behind the scenes to keep the adventure moving forward.

Just got back from an incredible few days in Arizona doing site visits for our brand-new Sedona & Grand Canyon Explorer tour, and I couldn't be more excited about this one!

One thing I always tell people is that there's simply no substitute for being there in person. You can spend hours researching online, but until you drive the roads, visit the hotels, eat at the restaurants, and experience the attractions yourself, you don't truly know what will make the best tour.

While I was there, I made a few changes to the itinerary after seeing things firsthand. Some stops looked great on paper but weren't ideal for a motorcoach group, while other experiences turned out to be even better than I expected. That's exactly why we take the time to do site visits at Warther Tours—to make sure we're offering the best possible experience for our travelers.

Over the next few days, I'll be putting the finishing touches on the itinerary and final pricing, and I'm looking forward to officially introducing this tour next week!
