Letting this go was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made.

I had to release a childcare location that was underperforming…�Not because I didn’t care.�Not because I didn’t try.�Not because it wasn’t meaningful.
But because I realized something:
Sometimes God doesn’t ask you to hold on tighter…�He asks you to surrender what’s no longer aligned.
I had to let go of what was draining me,�to make room for what could truly grow.
That decision stretched me.�It humbled me.�But it also freed me.
Because letting go isn’t failure…
It’s leadership.�It’s stewardship.�It’s obedience.
If you’re in a season of release, just know:�You’re not losing.�You’re making space.

We pray for the Providers in these States … the thing is, this can happen anywhere. Right now it’s 5 states that are being targeted.
✅ California
✅Colorado
✅ New York
✅ Minisotta
✅ Illinois

I pray this issue is quickly resolved, it’s beyond ridiculous to be a center in operation that is currently doing things the right way and providing for children every day and all of a sudden you’re Funding to be on freeze.
The level of negligence on the states part for not regulating the centers that were conducting afraid all this time is crazy work.

Philly Providers … I’m not sure if it’s too late however they did say they will continue taking applications after 5 PM if you have a space and opportunity to feed the community. You can hold the QR code down on your screen and receive the website.

I’m so concerned with the state of Childcare and the lack of unity that’s being displayed. A month ago I did a training on emotional intelligence, In Childcare and what it looks like to process conflict… I get it. Life is hard. The world is hard. It’s a lot going on., going to work and experiencing any sort of conflict that could possibly result in a stabbing is just unacceptable. However… I believe there is hope for our industry.

I’m not sure what happened in this situation, but I do know for teachers who are easily agitated or quickly reach burnout you can implement strategies :

✅ Have a system for implementing conflict resolution
✅ Do daily temperature checks
✅Constantly build team culture
✅ Observe bad seeds … and remove them.

I pray that both of these ladies are OK and that no Students experienced any type of trauma behind the situation .
