Final testing is in the books for the -99 Yak Allison, and the results are looking damn good!

Our latest configuration showed a considerable improvement in horsepower, torque, and overall engine stability. After dialing everything in, the engine is running stronger, smoother, and more consistently than before.

One legendary warbird. One unforgettable visit.

Fresh off Oshkosh, The Flying Bulls stopped by our hangar with their stunning P-38 Lightning. It was an honor to have this iconic aircraft at the shop and spend time with the crew that keeps history flying. Powered by a pair of legendary Allison V-1710 V-12 engines, the P-38 remains one of the most iconic fighters of World War II, and seeing one up close is something special.

We love unique projects, Jacob came to us with one task, move a ton of air.

The goal was to spin the CH-5 turbo to 20,000rpm and collect data for future use. The added bonus was being able to push our Allison 1710 mule engine harder than it has been before. We held the rpm at 3000 extensively to turn the J79 compressor and exhaust enough air into the turbo.
