School and fall events are back, and Bee-Safe officers are proud to return to the schools, churches, and facilities we protect.

For 15 years, we have continued to invest in better people, training, technology, and protective materials. As we enter year 16, we are grateful to have had zero use-of-force incidents—a reflection of our hiring standards, training, and Bee-Safe 5-Layer Approach.

Bee-Safe is more than security officers. We help clients close security gaps through ballistic protection, advanced technology, staff training, investigations, and professional Armed, Unarmed, Resource, and Patrol Officers.

Our competitors may believe a camera simply records what happened after the fact. We believe a camera must trigger real-time alerts and activate the next layer of protection immediately—helping prevent violence or limit harm the moment a threat emerges.

The Bee-Safe way helps protect people, facilities, and our clients’ liability.

Bee-Safe would like to recognize Kadin Morris on his promotion to Sergeant.

Sgt. Morris is entering his fourth year with Bee-Safe and his third year as the Resource Officer for New Riegel Local School District.

His dedication, loyalty, and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Kadin regularly picks up extra shifts when needed and is always willing to help both the company and his fellow officers.

Sgt. Morris is also a U.S. Army Veteran. After the 2025–2026 school year, he spent part of his summer attending leadership training sponsored by Bee-Safe and continues to participate in weekly leadership development.

While most would say congratulations, we would rather say thank you.

Thank you for your commitment to Bee-Safe, your coworkers, the school district you serve, and for continuing to work on becoming a better leader.

Thank you, Sgt. Morris, for representing Bee-Safe the right way.

PS.

New Riegel Families, Students & Staff - You should know, when he was offered it, he declined it saying 'Sir, I really want to accept it, but if accepting means I have to leave New Riegel, then I won't accept it'

He chose You (New Riegel) over himself.

Then we informed him he wasn't leaving New Riegel, so he gladly accepted the promotion.

Community First. Mission Ready.

Bee-Safe Security was honored to once again be hired by the Seneca County Fair Board—working in collaboration with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office—to provide an armed security presence throughout the fairgrounds.

Our mission was clear: help protect fair attendees, employees, property, and livestock while deterring the criminal activity that had created concerns during the previous year.
These photos, shared courtesy of fair attendees, show another side of that mission.

One photo captures New Riegel School Resource Officer Kadin Morris taking time to visit with some of his students. Others feature members of our mounted patrol team—please disregard the ladies making sure the horses didn’t take off with them. 🤣

These moments demonstrate what professional security should look like.

Bee-Safe Officers are community-first human beings who can build relationships, speak with families, interact with children, and make people feel welcome. At the same time, they are trained, equipped, and capable of immediately shifting into a protective role when circumstances require it.

This assignment also reflects trust.
For six consecutive years, the Seneca County Fair Board has trusted Bee-Safe to help protect one of the county’s largest community events. During that time, we have consistently received positive feedback from fair attendees and Fair Board representatives.

It also proves that law enforcement and a professional private security company can work alongside one another, respect their respective roles, and successfully accomplish a shared mission.

We are proud of our officers, grateful for the continued confidence of the Seneca County Fair Board, and appreciative of the professional cooperation provided by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Community first. Protection always.

A very busy week begins Monday.

Bee-Safe will be out installing new and adding onto existing systems all week-long.

Our office staff will be busy putting together proposals, service agreement extensions, and beginning of Phase 2 in our hiring process after receiving 60+ candidates in just 10 days.

That number is exciting, but we also know our process is built to narrow the field. Several candidates will fall off early, and more will be eliminated as they move through Phases 3, 4, and 5. In the final phase, the school will have the opportunity to conduct its own independent interview with the remaining qualified candidates.

This is exactly why a structured hiring process matters. We are not just filling positions. We are identifying the right people to represent Bee-Safe, protect school environments, and meet the expectations of our clients.

Jeremy's availability will be limited this week. Even his downtime will not exactly be downtime, as he will be assembling and building out technology projects for a great client that has grown into a strong partnership.

Busy is good. Structured is better. Standards matter.

'Bee-Safe gives you full control over your environment, so you can lead with confidence, operate with peace of mind, and stay focused on fulfilling your purpose, which is what matters most.'
