New Ro Downtown Follow for updates on the transformation of Downtown New Rochelle ✨ The NRBID works closely with the City on Parking and the NRPD and NRFD on Safety.

New Rochelle Downtown is represented by the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (NRBID). Established in 2000, NRBID is a non-profit association of over 800 business and property owners. The NRBID provides economic support, business promotion and recruitment, and works with community partners throughout our City on innovative programs and distinguishing events. The NRBID has been an

important partner in the revitalization of our District, originally spearheading more than $151M of new investment. The NRBID works to provide beautification of our district through our dedicated Clean Team crew and active seasonal plantings program.

Exciting news for Downtown New Rochelle! At its July 28 meeting, the New Rochelle Planning Board approved plans for Golf Lounge 18 at 55 Clinton Place. The new entertainment venue is expected to feature 11 indoor golf simulators, a small bar, food and beverage service, and outdoor dining. ⛳️

Autumn Glow Festival Lights Up New Rochelle
Beginning Friday, September 11, Glen Island Park will be transformed into a magical nighttime world filled with hundreds of handcrafted Chinese lanterns. Stroll among towering dragons, glowing pandas, colorful flowers, and other dazzling creations brought to life by talented artisans.
This family-friendly fall experience also features interactive activities, illuminated play areas, and plenty of picture-perfect moments for visitors of all ages.
Opening night begins at 6:30 p.m., with additional dates and times available.
