Flynn Financial Services welcomes Thomas Flynn as an intern, where he joins as a Summer Analyst supporting the firm's institutional wealth management team. In this role, he works with an independent RIA, assisting advisors with client-facing materials, financial planning workflows, and data management, while gaining valuable exposure to the advisory process and client service.
Thomas is currently an undergraduate at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, pursuing a degree in Management with a concentration in finance and a minor in philosophy. He has built a strong academic and leadership foundation, earning distinctions such as the AP Capstone Diploma and membership in both the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society.
A dedicated student-athlete, Thomas competes as a Division I member of Boston College’s cross country and track & field teams, balancing rigorous training with his academic and professional commitments. His leadership experience includes serving as Student Body President at Iona Preparatory School, where he attended and represented a student body of nearly 900 students at major school and community events.
In addition to his academic and athletic pursuits, Thomas has demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to service. He has experience working in a fast-paced team environment at Klee’s Bar and Grill and has volunteered extensively with the Catholic Youth Organization, mentoring young athletes and helping expand access to sports opportunities.
With a combination of academic focus, leadership experience, and growing exposure to the wealth management industry, Thomas brings energy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset to Flynn Financial Services this summer.
