After years of dedication to her passion, Jaime is now the owner of Jamie's Personal Chef and Catering Services. She is a licensed and insured chef with years of professional culinary training and experience. With a degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of New York, Jaime is a self-taught food enthusiast with years of experience as a pastry chef, a cocktail chef and a personal chef. For six years, she worked as a pastry chef at Connie’s Bakery & General Store in Mount Kisco, NY alongside Executive Pastry Chef Simeon Manber, a former chef of Mario Batali’s Babbo. She has also worked for Abigail Kirsch, one of Westchester’s most prestigious caterers for two years. With a passion for food and a strong desire to prepare delicious, healthy and fresh meals, Jaime wants to bring a restaurant experience home to you.
