Twelve years ago, LCP Coaching began with a vision to make a difference in the world of pediatric dentistry. What started as a dream has grown into something so much bigger, and we couldn't be more grateful for the journey!

The best patient education doesn’t overwhelm families with information. It creates clarity, confidence, and connection.

A few simple ways to improve patient education in your practice:

✨ Explain the “why” behind your recommendation
✨ Use language families can easily understand
✨ Give them opportunities to ask questions
✨ Check for understanding instead of assuming it
✨ Make the next step clear

Sometimes the most valuable number on your financial report isn’t the one that gets the most attention.

Your AR can help you uncover what’s happening after treatment has been provided and where your processes may be creating opportunities for improvement.

This week, take a few minutes with your team to look beyond the total and ask:

💭 What patterns are we seeing?
💭 Where are balances getting stuck?
💭 Are we addressing issues early, or waiting until they become bigger problems?

The goal isn’t to simply have a “good” number.

The goal is to understand your numbers well enough to know what action they’re calling for.

What an incredible way to wrap up BLC 2026! 🤠✨

Days 3 & 4 brought deeper conversations, meaningful connections, fresh perspectives, and plenty of moments to laugh and celebrate together.

Over these past few days, we’ve had the opportunity to learn from one another, challenge our thinking, share experiences, and strengthen the connections that make this community so special.

BLC is more than a conference, it’s a space to grow, connect, and leave inspired to take what we’ve learned back to our teams and practices.
