Construction is officially underway on the first home at Dover Landing!

This is also our first time building the Churchill—a new 2-bedroom, 2-bath floor plan with an attached one-car garage, an open kitchen and living area, 9- and 10-foot ceilings, covered front and rear porches. And some attic space for those Christmas tree's 🌲.

We’re excited to see both this new floor plan and our newest community beginning to take shape!

Another one complete in one of our subdivisions—the Oaklawn!

One of our favorite things about this plan is the open kitchen, dining, and living area. This home was finished with white cabinets, warm wood-toned flooring, unique black-and-gold hardware, and a marble-look tile shower in the primary bathroom.

The large kitchen island and wide front porch help make the Oaklawn a great home for both everyday living and spending time with family.

We’re proud of how this one came together and excited to welcome another family to the neighborhood!

Our Saratoga house plan never disappoints. 🏠

We’ve built this plan several times, and it’s always fun to see how different selections give each home its own look. The homeowners chose white cabinets, a dark island, black fixtures, warm flooring, craftsman trim package.

This home is located in one of our subdivisions, where the homeowners selected both their floor plan and finishes. We’re proud of how it came together and excited to welcome them to the neighborhood!

A bold exterior, warm natural details, and a setting that feels right at home among the trees.

Recently completed in a beautiful lake community, this home pairs dark board-and-batten siding with warm wood beams, shutters, and garage accents. Inside, the contrast continues with an open living space, rich cabinetry, statement lighting, and a bright primary bath finished with matte-black details.

We’re proud of how this one came together—thoughtfully built for relaxed lake-community living. 🌲⚓🎣
