Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to close for today. Our trailer is full and never picked up yesterday as scheduled and we have no room in our building to hold bags. We will reopen tomorrow at 9 pending they come tonight.

Hello to all of our customers! As you can imagine, this is our busiest time of the year. With that being said, at times we have to set limits for the day. We not only have our everyday business but we also hold bottle drives for organizations across the area which fills up our back room until we are able to get to them and count 1000’s of bottles. Most people understand but there are the ones that feel the need to question us and be very rude which is not going to be tolerated, it’s just unnecessary. We have a sign up before you enter stating “we can set limit at anytime”. We know what is best for the business and our customers. You don’t have an idea that if our full trailer does not pick up when requested and is behind, that backs us up for days. Our building is only so big and we have nowhere to put the bags so therefore, a limit is set and that brings us to full capacity which also forces us to close early at times.  If we don’t set the limits then we would be closing for full days and we don’t want to do that so we run it until we can’t run it anymore for our clients daily. So if you come in with multiple, huge contractor bags and we tell you, we can’t take those on right now, so be it and there is a reason! It is also not courteous to our other clients. If we are able to, we give an option to drop them off and we will call when we finish them but if you’re rude, that will not be an option. We are always kind and respectful, but we do match energy! My suggestion is to call ahead, especially this time of year. We are doing our best and we are so thankful for your support and choosing to do business with us!

Another friendly reminder we are also collecting bottles and cans during our Spring Clean up partnered with Christine Jarvis - State Farm Agent. Send us your address if you’ve been collecting for us. We’ll come come pick them up April 18th. ONE DAY PICK UP ONLY! (Your bags can also be dropped off at 5 On It anytime and just relay the message it’s for the NYM LL!)
