I don’t know what I did to deserve having you as my child, but I am grateful. 💗

This past year you have grown so much in so many ways and made your dad and I so very proud. 😃

In school, in cheer, in your other sports and activities and even in your social life, you always strive to go above and beyond. 🥇

You are truly one in a million ❤️

May you continue to find new ways of expressing yourself and making the world a better place.

Wow! What a week we had last week inside and we are so super grateful for all of the amazing mamas who took the leap and invested in themselves this year. 🙌

We had many experienced business owners, some brand newbies and lots in between, representing a wide variety of skills, backgrounds and industries.

The diversity, the passion, the generosity we have witnessed in the last week has been so incredible and we know the best is yet to come! 💕

But one this they all have in common… they all know that surrounding themselves with the right support system is crucial to creating success.

“Money doesn’t matter to me. It isn’t the reason I do what I do.” Sound familiar? It’s something that many business owners tell themselves and others. Maybe you’ve even said it yourself.

Something I learned about myself early on is that even though I have highly extroverted tendencies, I also can be a true at times.

I love being around people, and gravitate to the spotlight. I love coaching my women and leading my team. I adore my with my family and my friends.

However, I also need lots and lots of alone time.

There have been seasons in my life where I’ve deprive myself of this need because, for example, it’s not what “good mothers” do. I used to fear being labelled as selfish or antisocial by others.

But as the years have passed, I realize how absolutely vital is.

In fact this topic of conversation came up quite a bit on my retreat here in Panama. I am truly on a mission to help women and asking for and taking time away for myself is one way that I can lead by example.
