On a dramatic coastal landscape, the design has to do more than create a beautiful home—it has to respond to elevation, views, exposure, access, and the natural character of the land.

This project was shaped around those conditions from the beginning, allowing the architecture to feel embedded in the hillside rather than placed on top of it.
