This is the moment we've been building toward.

Over the past few weeks, I've had the privilege of celebrating 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌3 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦 with friends, colleagues, clients, and leaders in New York, Dallas, and Austin. Every room was full of energy, stories, and connection. But I kept thinking about all of you who couldn't be there.

So I'm bringing the celebration to you.

This Saturday, June 27, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌3 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦: 𝘈 𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 officially launches to the world and becomes available on Amazon and major online retailers for the very first time. And we are going to celebrate together.

There's one more reason this day is deeply personal. June 27 is my late father's birthday. He was my first leadership role model, the person who showed me what it looks like to lead with character, heart, and purpose. Launching this book on his birthday isn't a coincidence. It's a tribute.
