This town was made by the Incan imperor Pachacuti around 1450 AD. It is believed tha this place was served as a royal retreat.

For its construction the Incas used granite, a high density material in the area. Some were chiseled from the granite bedrock of the mountain ridge. Built without the use of wheels, hundreds of men pushed the heavy rocks up the steep mountain side.

Project management deliverables are what you will create to fulfill the project objective. They are the actual items (tangible or intangible) that will come out of this project to accomplish your goals, such as a wireframe for a website or a concept presentation.

Deliverables can be a wide range of assets, both internally facing towards your team members, or externally facing towards customers. Some examples of deliverables include an entirely new product, a sales deck, an increase in traffic, or a feature update.

In the history of project management, Roman projects in this period were mainly driven by the Roman Empire state, and the materials used were mainly concrete with stone veneer. Also, new architectural forms such the arch, reduced the volume of materials, and increased the strength of the structure. There were use of other and more sophisticated equipment like giant cranes, in which are used as models for construction now an then.

The budget for projects using Waterfall methodologies tends to be less flexible because the project is mapped out from the beginning. With Agile, there is more room to change direction as the project develops, so the budget is also subject to change.

For managers who are more familiar with the traditional method of calculating a project budget, switching to Agile, where the budget is planned only as far as the next sprint, can be challenging.

Determining which method is better, will depend on the overall project needs.

Baselines act as reference points you can use to monitor the progress of a project. There are three types of baseline in project management: schedule, cost, and product (scope) (the three concepts that make up the triple constraint). Requirement baselines (or scope) are the project's deliverables and estimated work.

Authorization is the process of giving someone the ability to access a resource.
Sometimes authorization is somewhat related to identity. Think of the process of boarding a plane. You have your boarding pass that states you are authorized to fly with that plane. However, it is not enough for the gate agent to let you get on board. You also need your passport stating your identity. In this case, the gate agent compares the name on the passport with the name on the boarding pass and let you go through if they match.
In project management, authorization can come in different ways sush approve procedures, giving the authority to a designated person.

Chichen Itza is a world-renowned archaeological site located in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. This ancient city was once a thriving hub of the Mayan civilization, and its impressive structures and buildings still stand today as a testament to the Mayan's advanced engineering and architectural skills. The most iconic structure at Chichen Itza is the massive pyramid called El Castillo, or the Temple of Kukulcan, which stands at over 30 meters tall and features 365 steps – one for each day of the year.
As an archaeological site of immense historical and cultural significance, project management is a critical component in preserving and maintaining Chichen Itza, from ongoing restoration efforts to the management of visitor traffic and the implementation of sustainable tourism practices.
