Father’s Day.
Times like these to spend time with fathers, father figures and family.

Today was a day to love and to be loved.

Feeling very blessed for all the love I can give and receive today.

As a man, it’s challenging to find people who you can feel safe to share with.

It’s not just about giving, it’s important for man to accept and receive.
That has been a challenge for me to overcome.

Today I was gifted the ability to do both.

We usually meet up to talk shop—how to grow, how to support each other, how to keep showing up. But today was different.

No whiteboards. No business talk. Just fun.

What happened surprised us: every game required communication, trust, and being present. The same things it takes to lead, to build, to connect. Because if you can’t communicate, you’ll lose the people around you. And that’s where everything starts—relationships.

I take a moment to read a card every morning and reflect.
This card exemplifies how I operate.

This is not just in business.
It’s in “life”.

You don’t have to be rude about it.
You can have boundaries.

I do for my business, my friends and my family.

The SOS Dojo, (Joe Marcoux) isn’t for everyone. And everyone will not align with me, my team or how we operate in the Dojo.

That’s OK.
That’s the point.

Have standards.
And follow them.

Moms are special aren’t they?
My wife and my mom are examples of women who:
1) Manage people/businesses/households
2) Organize and Schedule
3) Put things in the right priorities
4) Put up / support me and my dreams/energy

That last one ( #4) says a lot about these 2.

I’ve watched Shauna drop everything in her role as a mom.

I think back at the sacrifices both these women have made for their families.

It’s absolutely mind blowing 🤯.

Celebrating these women today (and every day) is an honor.

I’m very grateful and know how lucky I am to have both of them in my life.

Trust.
There is a recession of trust happening right now.
The time to connect with good people who lift each other up for the greater good and power of purpose is upon us.

This week I went to Miami for my friend and coach, , for his Unstoppable Mastermind.

Surrounding yourself by people and conditions you want to produce in your life is how you manifest it in your own.

Want to grow your business? You have to nurture relationships.
What happens goes beyond business.
It’s friendships.

And these friendships are priceless.

This isn’t a pitch for anything.
My hope for you is you find your tribe. Your squad. Your people that will be there for you.

I want it more for you than I want for myself.
There was a time where I couldn’t wrap my head or my heart around that.
