This past week we sat down with 5 individuals and asked them to share their experience with mental health and how they are using art and creative life to be a tool in assisting them with depression and anxiety. The common thread was conversation. We need to talk more about how we feel and not feel trapped in our heads. We need to be neighbors and listeners to our friends, families and strangers.
