Healing childhood trauma .
Accepting help and feeling deserving of therapy.
You am worth the investment in your mental health
You are worth feeling safe
You are worthy of soft life
You are worth every good thing that comes to me
You don’t have to suffer because someone else suffered to get the same result you want
Working hard is not always the answer
You do not have to wait till my late 60s to retire
Accept the help
Be less reactive do not let them trigger you. 🤞🏾

Stop expecting “you” from other people! You’re going to outgrow people and it’s ok. Fall out with people gracefully, you don’t have to badmouth people or explain your side, no matter what they do or did. Retaliation speaks more about your character than theirs. You are right where you need to be.
You may not have the car or house or job or life you want but be patient and work hard for the things you want. Set realistic goals and do your best to accomplish them, but know that it’s ok to fail!! Be kind to yourself and others, we don’t know each others’ stories but a show of kindness helps so much. It’s ok to be kid free and it’s ok to want kids. It’s ok to be single and it’s ok to be married. This is a transitional period, so don’t stress so much. Pray for understanding in this season of your life and plan and adjust accordingly. Pray for discernment and wisdom, it’ll teach you how to walk into the next season of your life, what and who to watch out for, how not to fumble your blessings, and how to forever remain humble.
