That — and staying true to myself.
I feel grateful to be able to make those choices by intentionally curating the life I want.

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

When I look back on my own experience with motherhood, it’s not the big milestones I remember most, it’s everything in between. The remembering. The invisible lists. The quiet weight of holding it all together.

And what stands out even more is how incredibly strong and resilient moms are through all of it. Showing up again and again, even when it’s heavy. Even when no one sees it.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky to meet so many of you in those same in-between moments. Different seasons, same kind of love, effort, and strength. It’s been one of the greatest privileges of my life to witness you, learn from you, and in small ways, support you. You’ve shaped me more than you know.

I’m so grateful our paths have crossed. Today, we celebrate you 🤍

I think about the version of me who was just trying to keep up, carrying everything, questioning everything, hoping it would all work out.
She had no idea how it would unfold… but she kept going anyway.

I built this for her.
And today, I know she’d be proud.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t losing a job, a title, or a project, it’s grieving the version of your life you thought you’d have. The career you imagined, the milestones you planned, the dreams that felt so certain. And it’s okay to mourn that. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it means you cared.

What’s beautiful is that even in that grief, new paths quietly open, new passions spark, and your story continues, maybe different than you pictured, but still full of meaning 🫂🤍

Some friendships bring you back to what really matters.

and I had the chance to visit the amazing .weaver and see the work she’s leading at . What Amy has led, getting critical medical resources to communities when and where they’re needed most, is extraordinary.

Being there reminded me how much impact comes from people who stay deeply committed to the long game of care.

Feeling extremely grateful and energized. So excited to be joining Fred in Africa, to keep learning, supporting, and being part of something bigger than ourselves. 🌍

Nothing better than reconnecting with people who are building with so much intention 🤍

Loved spending time with at and catching up with on everything they’re dreaming up to better support women. These are the kinds of conversations that stay with you, thoughtful, honest, and pushing toward something better.

Always love being in LA and finding my way back to friends who inspire, challenge, and remind me why this work matters.

Grateful for the energy and intention behind gatherings like the Summit 2026.

Deep appreciation to .lurie and , their entire team, and the supportive board for creating a space that felt both expansive and deeply human. What they built wasn’t just a convening; it was a true container for connection, reflection, and real movement.

Over those two days, I learned so much from the speakers and from each woman in the room. Not just from what was said on stage, but from the honesty, courage, and humanity behind it. A consistent thread throughout was the discipline of choosing hope, and the belief that when women support women, we unlock something far greater than any one of us can do alone.

And just as meaningful were the moments in between. The intimate dinners, the informal conversations, the quiet exchanges with sisters and kindred souls. Those spaces where you feel seen, where ideas deepen, and where community becomes real.

I left with a renewed sense of what leadership looks like. Not titles or spotlight, but how we show up for each other, how we create space for others to rise, and how we stay anchored in purpose.

For me personally, it was also a moment of reflection. Over time, my definition of “winning” has shifted. Less about outcomes, more about being in service of a shared mission, grounded in love, gratitude, and connection.

Leaving inspired, energized, and even more committed to the work ahead.

Happy Sunday 🤍
I haven’t been able to stop thinking about a few moments from the Oscars:

A mother speaking honestly about the kind of chaos we carry, but rarely name.

A woman standing as the first, not just for herself, but for everyone who made her possible. She asked every woman to stand, and they did.

And an artist, rooted in culture and identity, reminding us that voice travels, and belongs, everywhere.

Different stories, same quiet truth: What we’ve been taught is “soft”… care, identity, emotion—that isn’t weakness. It’s power. Maybe nothing is suddenly becoming visible. Maybe we’re just finally learning how to see.

For decades, women have been told to adapt, to work harder, lean in, scale back, or do it all better. But the truth is simpler and harder to face: the system was never designed to support care. Care is not a personal issue. It’s infrastructure.

When it’s underfunded and unsupported, women pay the price. In their careers, health, and economic security.

We don’t need more advice for women.
We need better policy, better workplace design, and real investment in care. This is a systems problem. And systems can be changed.
