🌞HOW TO FUEL YOUR DAY EFFECTIVELY 📍

✅Create bite-sized goals.
-Having a lot of big things on your list will put your energy off the grid. Try to achieve one BIG thing and then go on with little tasks that you can accomplish. It becomes more practical and realistic if your goals do not overwhelm you to the point of anxiety and neglection. (Yes, it happens! No, you're not alone!)

✅Manage your energy, not your time.
-Pay close attention to when you're at your peak productive hours. Energy management is as essential as time management. Work with your body

✅Take breaks.
-Can't stress how important breaks can be! You won't be able to maximize your efficiency when your mind and body are at its limit. Take a walk, nap, bath, or even eat a chocolate!

Motivation isn't as easy as how social media portrays it to be. We can say we accomplished 100 things today but tomorrow is a risk of burnout. Take it easy, pal! We're right here with you 😊

Here's something we picked up along the way that might help you with your every day tasks. 💜

Truth be told, sometimes it gets a little overwhelming to look at our long lists of to-do lists. You're not alone though!! Some of our team sidekicks have a long lists of tasks but our success managers constantly keep in touch to make sure there is a balance between getting things done and taking care of their health. One of the things we've picked up along the way is grouping our tasks in categories that will also organize which one is needed urgently and which ones are minor. Now, that doesn't shorten the long list, wym? 😅 Well, we've found this 𝟭-𝟯-𝟱 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 that boosts productivity by arranging your list to 1 Major Task, 3 Medium Tasks, and 5 Minor Tasks. Accepting that realistically, you'll be more motivated to put decent amount of effort on this easy wins than overstuffing your plans and getting nothing done.

HELLO from us once again! ✋🏻 We have been MIA for quite some time but have you heard the news? 📰 Meta has started to encourage using multiple accounts by introducing a feature that we can easily switch between our FB and IG profiles (and between your finsta, dump, or 'IRL' account!) to enable 'connected experiences' and unify centralized account management. 🤔 What are your thoughts on this? Over the past years, Meta strongly opposes its users maintaining different profiles specially in IG to maintain a single 'real' identity. But with this news, we can now easily create up to 5 profiles tied to a single account. Seems like a lot to take in! 👀

It seems as well that every social media platform are pumping up their updates with major features that unify cross-platform contents. Comment down your thoughts! 📍 We'd love to know them! In a sense, multiple accounts with one profile may significantly influence how genuine engagements and insights for marketing campaigns 🤔 Are we loving this?
