Most PMs I talk to are using AI the same way: ask a question, get an answer, copy, paste, move on.

That saves a few minutes. But it’s not where the real time savings are.

Sending 50 applications is not a strategy.

It's exhausting. And it doesn't work, not because the roles aren't there, but because volume without positioning just creates more rejection.

The PM candidates getting traction right now are not applying to more jobs. They're applying to the right ones, with the right language, at the right time, and showing up consistently everywhere a hiring manager might look before the interview even happens.

That's the difference between a job search and a system.
