Hotel? Nah. We chose tiny traditional living in Asakusa on purpose. 🇯🇵✨

We booked an Airbnb to experience real neighborhood life—small, clean, minimal, peaceful… surrounded by sweet lolos and lolas just living simply.

Aside from spending time with the kids, we want them to feel the culture.
Because when you understand someone’s culture, you understand people better. Period.

But even there, God still found a way to speak to us.

Today’s Gospel was another reminder that God has plans for us—plans that lead us to the real meaning of happiness and life. 💛
Not always the easiest path, but always the right one.

They thought I was crazy for leaving nursing… my body said otherwise.

I worked as a nurse for over two decades, and this January marks one year since I officially off-boarded from nursing 🩺
From rehab to ICU, I showed up, wore all the hats, and did the work.

Along the way, I started an online business—not to escape nursing, but to create options. What began as a side hustle gave me the freedom to choose my wellbeing and my family. 💻💛

My biggest achievement isn’t my BSN, RN, or CCRN.
It’s choosing myself.

Then suddenly, we’re “still thinking about it” 🤔

Here’s the real talk reminder 💥
Not wanting something is basically the same as already having it.

So pick a lane 🚦
Either go all in and claim what you say you want 🚀🔥
or make peace with letting it go 🧘‍♀️✨

Both are valid 💯

Today is a very special day—our Kuya Nick turns 17. 🎉

Every single day, we thank God for the blessing of being his parents. He’s low-key, smart, and quietly impressive in ways that matter.

He loves his sister the most, shops at Goodwill (aka ukay-ukay with style 😌), and somehow survived almost four years of high school without ever asking for a daily allowance. Legendary behavior.

Our wish for him is simple: stay healthy, stay safe, and always stay grounded.

We’re so proud of you, Kuya. Always. 💛
