The financial creator industry has gotten very predatory. A lot of people are in it not for you, the audience, but for themselves. They either want to create a brand, or they just want to make millions. Either way, that doesn't serve you.

I don't judge your debt or circumstances. If anything, I want to hug you. One bad situation can literally change someone's life forever. Life is not fair. There is privilege out there. And I am hoping to change that little by little with the time that I have.

New fitness journey: getting to more muscle composition through nutrition.

I've gotten consistent with working out again. So proud of that. Now, after having breast fed three babies my body has unfortunately been trained into thinking it is still feeding another baby.
