HERMANA IS HIRING 🤎

— backstory —
Hermana was named after the relationship between 2 sisters, our founder .e.r and her little “hermana” aka “sister” in Spanish 🇸🇻

— 2017-2021 —
Kayley had left her first startup, a fashion brand, where her relationship with influencers resulted in 10x ROI. Tiktok became a thing and she gained 55K as a creator while launching brand accounts for clients like and 💙 freelancing turned a team of 1 into 4. We grew a network of 1500+ micro influencers.

— 2021-2023 —
Investors approached Hermana, believing in content creators as the next gen of entrepreneurs 📈 team of 4 became 8 as we focused on building the most personalized full-service management for influencers.

— 2023-2024 —
we’re hiring 3 more full-time team members before EOY and focusing on growing vertically: investing more in our existing roster, more support, tools, and strategy, with a 2:1 talent to team member ratio! We will (eventually) expand our talent roster (email us to get on the waitlist: [email protected])

If you want to join the team and our vision for better talent management, applications for Talent Coordinators is at the link in our bio 🫶🏼

*Open to Canadian residents only, remote position, closes Aug. 15th, 2023.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!! 🩷🎉 one of our OG influencers who has been with Hermana since day 1 and grown an audience of 500K+ in just a couple years on Tiktok. WHAT A WILD RIDE IT’S BEEN. We’re so proud of you for always staying true to you, reaching for the stars, and breaking boundaries 💫

it’s okay to say no to brand offers.
it’s okay to have a slow month.
thinking big picture can help when you’re going through a rut. there will ALWAYS be more opportunities!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR ANGEL 🤍🤍🤍

Kelly is one of those creators that makes the internet feel safer 🥺 from destigmatizing sobriety, mental health, and IBS… to letting us into the real moments of her relationships, and everyday relatable insecurities that she faces with grace. Thank you for being such a kind, authentic soul that connects so much of us over shared experiences! 🫶🏼

TLDR organically tagging brands you love + executing well on existing partnerships = more chances to be cast (and recast) for campaigns 💸
