Take a look at the difference in how I run my shop versus the contractor across the street.

Organization, cleanliness, and professionalism aren’t just about appearances. They’re a reflection of how your project will be managed.

Sure, you might save a few bucks up front. But ask yourself: what’s the real cost of the mess, the delays, and the headaches that follow?

At the end of the day, you’re not just buying materials, you’re buying peace of mind.

Why I Eat at the Same Place Every Day 🍽️

It’s not about the food. It’s about the freedom.

When you eliminate small, repetitive decisions—like where to eat or what to wear—you create space for the decisions that actually matter.

This isn’t laziness. It’s strategy.
This is how I stay sharp. Focused. Consistent.

Watch the video to see why habits = power.

I’m all about process. If you have a sandwich shop or any food business this is the way. Every single item should have your name on it. You can use stickers too.

As a student of personal development… I recommend focusing on habits.

You only get one life and you don’t have to live it the way you’ve been living. You are in control of your destiny and can change the course by manifestation, positivity, dreaming, and doing the hard work of changing who you are and becoming the person you always dreamed to be and live the life of your dreams.

I drive by and see the fancy houses and successful people. It’s either an insane amount of risk-taking like going to jail or hard-work, or combo of both. I’m going to literally work my way to the top by taking caluculated risks and by working smarter and harder, but mostly smarter.

Understanding exactly how I spend my time and how it either is getting me where I want to be or not is the key. It’s that simple. I control what I do each moment. I have taken back my life and potential.

I get done three times as much as other people each day. Working smarter is to use the time in more efficient and productive ways, by for example, delegating, which increases your output even more, dollar for minute, it’s leveraging your time.

Do you ever feel like you don’t accomplish enough? Like there isn’t enough time in the day? Of course you do, most of us do.

The trick is, well it’s not really a trick, it’s simply managing your time better.

Setting priorities and understanding when is the best time to do certain tasks, to look at everything as tasks, and turn them into habits so they happen more efficiently.

This in turn frees up your time to do other tasks that you didn’t have time for before. You become a task-master.

Part of it is writing down your tasks, your to-do list. A daily, weekly, monthly, and annual list of the things you need to work on. Deadlines help.

Set quantifiable goals. And break down the tasks needed to accomplish each goal.

Write down the tasks on your daily to-do list and get it done!

Here’s the kicker. Treat each day like 4 days. I heard this from Ed Mylett.

Here’s what I mean. The typical work day is 8 hours but most people get 4-6 hours of actual work done, which means most people only get about 6 hours of actual work done in 24 hours.

But, if you treat each day as 4 days, you get four 6-hour segments to get s**t done!

12am-6am
DAY 1, SLEEP - six hours is enough, that’s already 25% of your life. I’m not giving away more than that as much as I love sleeping & dreaming because living is in the awake part.

6am-12pm
DAY 2, HUSTLE - get your tasks done. The ones that can be done while the world is still asleep before 9:00, and then you start calls and errands and whatever else you need to while everyone else is working.

12pm-6pm
DAY 3, HUSTLE - get more tasks done. You have another 6-hour day to get s**t done, this is where you double up on your completed tasks each day compared to your peers who work 8-hour days that are only 4-6 hours of actual work.

6pm-12am
DAY 4, CHILL OR HUSTLE - this is where you chill with your friends, family, yourself, do hobbies, relax, gain clarity on your day and life, OR you can hustle for another 6-hours. OR you can mix it up.

I don’t always follow this exact timeline but I know if I pass out by 8:00pm I’m waking up at 2:00am to start it all again.

Sometimes I’ll work late until 2:00am and get up at 8:00am.

The idea is to use your time wisely. We all get the same 24 hours but it’s how we use it that matters.
