The Vivian Beaumont Theater at Lincoln Center, is one of our favorites. It was one of the first theaters we were asked to share our w**e with. To be there during the Tony nominated show, Ragtime, has felt extra special. Head to the bar for a glass of our Made You Blush Rosé, Marquee Sauvignon Blanc, or Red Carpet Pinot Noir. Just as this performance of Ragtime has something everyone can relate to, so does our w**e selection. Make sure you’re asking for Intermission Cellars at the bar, and pick the w**e that speaks to you!
Cheers!

Two new releases in One week!? Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc marks an exciting new chapter, sourced from organic vineyards we’ve never worked with before—and what we believe is our most dialed-in expression yet. Luminous and aromatic, it bursts with citrus blossom and tropical fruit on the nose, while the palate delivers Meyer lemon, white peach, and a subtle minerality. Fruit from Mendocino’s organically farmed Haiku Vineyard provides vibrant acidity and lift, while a touch from Sonoma Valley adds richness and intensity. The result is a pure, energetic, and beautifully layered dry Sauvignon Blanc that reflects both sites in perfect harmony. This showstopping “Sauvy B” definitely earned top billing!

Introducing: Red Carpet Reserve — Pinot Noir! 🍷

Organic, no additives, very low sulfur. For years, you’ve asked for a Pinot Noir. We waited until we found something truly special — a vineyard so exceptional we had to sign an NDA just to access it! But like...seriously. Head to our website to buy now!

Sourced from a certified organic vineyard in Anderson Valley — one of the world’s most exciting regions for Pinot Noir, this Pinot showcases everything we love about the varietal: bright cherry, pomegranate, and rose petal aromas with layers of cranberry, blood orange, accented by earthy baking spices. Elegant, expressive, and built to evolve, our Red Carpet Reserve delivers all the allure its name implies.

May 20, 2019! Our wedding day AND where the idea for Intermission Cellars began! We were graciously gifted shiners (label-less) bottles of w**e for our wedding and got to design the labels ourselves! It was one of the most fun aspects of planning our wedding day. Those label designs sparked many compliments, conversation, and a fire within us to create our own w**e company! Fun fact : Red.Lip.Zin is the only one of the original 3 designs that made it to our current catalog of w**es. 💋 Check out how these pics to see how it started vs. how it’s going! As we celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary, we can’t help but reminisce about how far we’ve come in love AND w**e!
