Meet Bagels, the Central Park Barber Frenchy. He’s 7 months old now . . . energetic, super curious, greedy, and a lil gassy lol, but he’s super friendly, knows all his commands, and he’s an awesome pup overall. Got him at 9 weeks and he’s growing big and strong. That’s my boy!

UPDATE !!

Clients now have the option to make a small committed donation, as an alternative way of contributing, that’ll go towards sponsoring a single barber in local barber shops who agree to dedicate at least one chair to charitable haircuts.

All active members will be significantly helping our goal of seeing to it that ALL those who have to give and ALL those that don’t, can still receive a complimentary haircut, as often as needed, in participating barber shop locations nationwide.

Benefactors will receive memorable promotional item gifts, a custom metal membership card, and access to go into any CPB collaborating barber shop lactation and receive a haircut, as often as they like, completely for FREE.

Let’s start recognizing and valuing quality haircuts for what they truly are—an essential contribution to society that really impacts people in a positive way.

Met a young lady at the park name Zoe .and.phrase, who sat in front of the Bethesda fountain writing poems, via typewriter, on the spot for those who were interested. Told her I wanted a poem dedicated to my best friend. She asked me to describe my best friend and to tell her of how we met. I told her in so many words that she’s an amazing soul with an amazing spirit, and that I met her during the pandemic of 2020 when she inquired about a haircut for her son. She started writing the poem immediately and when she finished she asked me of her name. I said her name is Zoe , and we had a nice laugh due to the irony. Love you, Zoe! Hope you enjoy the poem, and I hope that it puts a smile on ya face that’ll help alleviate some of the pain during this time of mourning for your mother and my friend, Ms. Erma Q.D.E.P. ( the unofficial 5th golden girl of 88th street) 😘

Want to give a special shout-out to Fantasy. She got her haircut by me this afternoon. She’s a mother of two that’s battling cancer with this unbelievable level of strength. Her mentality is so uplifting and positive to where you would never catch wind of the permanent changes she has to accept that would make most people suicidal. Much love and respect to you, Fantasy. You’re unfathomable!
