Before a business can evolve operationally, you have to look at the bigger picture and how the different pieces of the business are working together. When I’m looking at a business preparing for its next stage, I look at the:

Founder: Your role, responsibilities, decision-making, approvals and ops blockers.

People: Team structure, roles, ownership, accountability and communication.

Process: Workflows, handoffs, processes, documentation, service delivery and how work moves through the business.

Tech: Tools, automation, visibility and whether your technology is supporting the way the business needs to operate.

So before adding more of anything we need to decide what needs to evolve.
