Most of the time, it comes back to:

〰️ Documentation gaps
〰️ Dependency
〰️ Fear of making the wrong decision
〰️ Insufficient training

The first thing I’d assess:

〰️ What questions keep repeating
〰️ Where the team hesitates before moving
〰️ Where expectations and standards are clearly documented
〰️ Whether people know where to find answers without immediately coming to you

Reducing the questions doesn’t necessarily come from telling the team to stop asking but it does comes from:

〰️ Documenting the questions that keep coming up
〰️ Coaching instead of immediately responding and giving the answer
〰️ Implementing an “ask 3 before me” approach where they check documentation/resources, past examples, or another consult another team member first

A lot of businesses under operational strain still look successful externally and internally, the structure just hasn’t matured at the same rate as the growth. That may be manageable for now…until the business reaches a level of complexity the current structure can’t support anymore.

There’s something that happens when I fully believe in something where I become genuinely unstoppable 😭

I think part of it is because it means I’m deeply in alignment with it too.

It feels like my brain, energy, and intuition all get on the same page at the same time.
