🗽 New York Military Law goes even further, providing additional protections for NY-based employees called to active duty — including continued health benefits and job protection.

On December 4, 2025, Forework joined leaders, providers, and innovators in waiver services at the Alliance of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) & Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) Waiver Providers Conference in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The event brought together industry experts to discuss Medicaid reform, OMIG audit updates, and emerging trends in providing critical support services to seniors and individuals with physical disabilities.

The NHTD waiver program empowers participants to choose the services and providers that best meet their needs, supporting community-based care and transitions from nursing homes.
