How do you know when to have s*x?

Good question - and one we get a lot! There is only so much we retain from middle school biology class when it comes to the human body and reproduction - and figuring out when to conceive was definitely not covered in the classroom!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, when are you ovulating? Well, it varies slightly for everyone, but some good questions to ask yourself are:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚪️ "What is my cycle length?"

This means how many days are there between DAY 1 of your period (full flow period, spotting doesn’t count) to the next DAY 1?

⚪️ "Is my period regular?"

Do you have similar cycle lengths each month? For regular cycles, we can predicate ovulation fairly accurately by subtracting 14 days from our cycle length.
