Zohran launched $30/hr snow-shoveling jobs with $45/hr overtime, and Republicans mocked him.

Not only were sidewalks completely cleared within a day, but he did exactly what taxes are intended to do: take taxpayer money and invest it in people while producing results that benefit everyone.

BREAKING: YES! Democratic Congressmen Ted Lieu and Dan Goldman demand that a special counsel be appointed to investigate Attorney General Pam Bondi after she allegedly perjured herself during her Epstein testimony.

This would bring the whole house of cards tumbling down...

“Testifying before a House Judiciary Committee hearing on February 11, 2026, Attorney General Bondi emphatically stated, ‘There is no evidence that Donald Trump has committed a crime.’ Yet a number of the documents from the Epstein files released to date by the Department of Justice directly contradict her statement," the congressmen wrote in a letter to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

"When confronted with her lie, she did not retract her statement, she doubled down. She stated, ‘Don’t you ever accuse me of committing a crime,’' they continued. "We request that you immediately appoint a special counsel to investigate Attorney General Bondi for committing perjury. America cannot have a liar and a criminal as our top law enforcement officer."

The simple fact here is that Bondi lied under oath. There are mountains of evidence in the Epstein files alleging that Trump committed numerous crimes. He has been accused of assault, sexual abuse, r**e, and threatening victims. Bondi knows that, but she also knows that her job security and political career depend upon her being a loyal MAGA soldier — even if that means lying to the American people and covering up for pedophiles.

Lieu told The Hill that Bondi “should be prosecuted” and said that Blanche would be wise to appoint the special counsel because it will insulate him from fallout from Bondi's alleged crimes.

"If Deputy Attorney General Tom Blanche doesn’t want to be complicit in a cover up, and go down with his ship, then I sure hope he responds and appoints a special counsel,” said Lieu.

We can expect Blanche, Trump's former personal attorney, to close ranks around Bondi and refuse to appoint the special counsel. That's okay. The more we tie these crooks into one big corrupt knot, the easier it will be to investigate them all when Democrats retake Congress after the midterms and gain subpoena power. They can delay and obfuscate, but justice is coming for them.

BREAKING: Ilhan Omar defends her heckling of Trump at the State of the Union — “He killed my constituents.”

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar isn’t apologizing — and she isn’t backing down.

After interrupting Donald Trump’s State of the Union to confront him over the deaths of two of her Minneapolis constituents, Omar went on CNN and made it crystal clear: silence was never an option.

When asked by Wolf Blitzer whether she should have followed Democratic leadership’s advice to sit quietly or skip the speech altogether, Omar didn’t hesitate.

“No,” she said. “It was really unavoidable.”

Why? Because as Trump spoke about “protecting Americans,” Omar says he ignored the fact that two Americans — Renee Good and Alex Pretti — were killed under his administration’s watch.

“I just had to remind him,” she said bluntly. “His administration was responsible for killing two of my constituents.”

That’s not heckling. That’s accountability.

Omar brought four Minnesotans with her as guests to the address — people she says have lived through what she described as a federal “occupation,” traumatized by aggressive law enforcement actions in their communities. She said it was critical to “bear witness” and “hold the space” for neighbors who have suffered.

When Blitzer pointed out that Democrats previously criticized Republicans for interrupting President Biden’s State of the Union, Omar stood firm.

“I do not [have regrets],” she said. “It was important for my constituents to see me there.”

This wasn’t political theater, she argued. It was personal. Two families in her district lost loved ones. And as the president spoke about safety, she says their names deserved to be heard.

Omar framed her protest as a moral obligation — not a breach of decorum. In her view, failing to speak up would have meant abandoning the people who sent her to Washington.

Whether critics call it disruption or courage, Omar made one thing unmistakable: when she believes lives are on the line, party strategy takes a back seat.

And for her constituents in Minneapolis, she says, being present — and being vocal — mattered more than staying silent.
