Why this matters

You’ll be the first point of contact for people navigating U.S. immigration - and the communication bridge between an attorney and Spanish-speaking clients.

What you’ll do

Answer inbound calls from new leads and handle inquiries

Schedule consultations and manage a busy calendar

Follow up to reduce no-shows and keep leads moving

Live translate on Zoom (English ↔️ Spanish) during attorney consults

Support admin tasks to keep intake smooth

Must-haves

Immigration law experience

Fully bilingual English + Spanish (spoken and written)

Strong phone presence and professional communication

Organized, proactive follow-up habits

Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools

Availability: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET core, with flexibility up to 7pm weekdays and some Saturdays (9am-5pm) as needed
