Urban Decay's Naked 3 Pallet is now available. You may not be able to find it on line but I did see it at the Staten Island mall yesterday. The colors as usual are great and well worth the $52. Although I still have Naked 1 and Naked 2 and they are no where near finished I still can't wait to get my hand on the third one. :)

Another reason to up you vitamin c intake other than to boost your immune system is - it is great for your skin! A great way to add vitamin c to your diet is those Emergen-C packets. I love them and drink them all the time. Not only do they have that extra vitamin c that we need it also has electrolytes all good stuff for the dehydrating winter skin ahead of us.

New York Methodist Hospital to Host a Women’s Night Out

New York Methodist Hospital (NYM) invites women ages 18 and up from across the borough to join the Hospital for an Evening of Spirit on Wednesday, October 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Evening of Spirit is NYM’s second event in partnership with the Spirit of Women network of hospitals, and will take place in the Hospital’s Carrington Pavilion Atrium, located at 506 Sixth Street in Brooklyn.

“Spirit of Women is a network of over one hundred leading hospitals and healthcare providers across the United States dedicated to advancing the cause of women’s health,” said Carol Vargas, assistant vice president and NYM’s coordinator of the Spirit of Women program. “New York Methodist Hospital is proud to be New York City’s only Spirit of Women hospital. In February, over a hundred Brooklynites came to the Hospital for the Day of Dance, NYM’s inaugural Spirit of Women event. After the Day of Dance’s outstanding success, the Evening of Spirit is sure to be a hit as well.”

The Evening of Spirit will be filled with pampering services such as mini-massages, acupuncture and hair/makeup consultations. There will also be shopping, women’s health information, blood pressure and glucose screenings, amazing door prizes, goody bags, wine tastings and healthy hors d’oeuvres. Admission to the event is $10 for Spirit of Women members and $15 for non-members (registration for Spirit of Women is free and can be completed online at nym.org/spirit). So after two months I canceled Birch Box. None of the samples were amazing and it seemed like they way I shop at Sephora, I could have gotten those samples for free. I know some people love it but it wasn't for me.

I have my Naked 2 Pallet by Urban Decay for a few weeks now and it has become my go to eyeshadow. Worth every penny.

Okay lovelies Sephora has Naked 2 now in stock. However, you best bet is still going to the Urban Decay website, sign up for their emails and get the 10% off. Right now they have eyeshadow primer on sale. Add that to your cart and you get a great deal with free shipping. I just order the primer is "sin". I have the original already. And in case you were wondering I use Benefits' "Lemon Aid" as my everyday primer. It really brightens your eyes. Beauty inside and out! :) :)

The super anticipated Naked 2 Pallet by Urban Decay has arrived. Don't bother trying Sephora - it is online only right now and they do not have it in stock. They will be selling in Sephora's stores at the end of the month. YOu can however go to Urban Decay's website and purchase it there. Anything $50 or over ships for free and Naked 2 is $50 so you will be all set. The colors do look similar at first glance to Naked 1 but there are different and this one comes will a cool brush (finally). Beauty inside and out.
