PROUDLY! I present my first video on my channel in 2 years!!! This one is SPECIAL!!! We have true, deep work to do and I’m here for it and for all of those called to this field but have been since scathed or discouraged trying to navigate and serve thier very own communites 😭.

Human Service Staff , DSPs, Coordinators: YOUR Community & Career Path” I am calling in all of my Mavens, raising awareness on how to claim, or re-claim your place, knowledge and expertise regarding serving your very own community in nonprofit, community-based service settings.
The term: “Professional” has been largely weaponized against Black and brown people in human service spaces. In this video, I am declaring that this channel is a space for those called to this field and want to serve their communities, expand, and grow in the field in the spirit of the expressed pillars and core values of this channel.”
