In September, JayField partnered with for a powerful, insightful Mens Mental Health program and event.

Together in the short period of time allotted, we transformed the barbershop into a safe space for all men to be vulnerable, learn to deal with their emotions, eat some good food and even win some prizes!

We worked with the sponsors, secured the staff and pulled off another successful event 🤝🏾

JayField’s Mission is to Create and Enhance Literacy & Ownership Within The Culture; in September we focused on providing more Mental Health resources for men across New York City.

Now October falls, and 🎀🤝🏾

August is Black Business Month

Happy from JayField!

The history of black business in America is one that’s mostly untold. From Black Wall Street (Tulsa, OK) to Seneca Village (Central Park, NYC), Black Americans have owned and operated some of the most thriving businesses from banks to barbershops to publishing companies.

But still, discrimination and bigotry slows the progression of black business and brings to question the value of the black dollar.

Black Business Month is a time to highlight the history of Black business, promote existing businesses, and birth new, and sustainable, business models. This , support by giving back to your community!

All month JayField will promote positive resources for youth, young adults, parents and elders and engage our supporters to learn more, support others, and get involved!
