All art and design work on my Instagram and page (unless stated in captions or stories as a reposts) I hold the copyright to, with the exception of dozens of multinational organizations and EHNWI whom I have had as clients over the past decade. Utilizing any AI model including but not limited to metas inaccurately categorized “open source” does not fall under fair use policies. Due to meta its partners and subsidiaries being for profit entities.
Because of the deceptive design of where the “opt out” option of your platform is located on your user interfaces. I have been forced to write this as a warning.
It has come to my attention that countless users are frustrated in the United States are frustrated with yet another deception and unethical act perpetrated by your platforms. I do not intend to be a victim of the short sided nature of your organization .
Please be advised that should you be interested in licensing anything on my Instagram page that I hold the Copyright to, this includes but is not limited to entire images down to a singular data point then you are required to comply with the following non negotiable terms:
