A proud moment at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

On September 16th, T&M USA's Executive Chairman Robert S. Tucker returned to his alma mater to present the Robert S. Tucker Prize for Prosecutorial Excellence to Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney.

The award recognizes exceptional contributions to criminal prosecution and public service. Congratulations to DA Tierney on this well-deserved honor.

25 years later, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever changed that day.

For our team at T&M USA, this anniversary is deeply personal. Members of our organization have served with the NYPD, FDNY, Secret Service, and other responding agencies, with team members present in New York City and in Washington, D.C. in the aftermath of the attacks.

We remember those we lost, honor those who ran toward danger to help others, and recognize the courage and sacrifice of those who lost their lives and the many who have served in the days and years that followed.

We will never forget.

Our intern cohort recently had the opportunity to get an inside look at public safety in New York City with visits to NYPD Headquarters at 1 Police Plaza and FDNY Engine 8 / Ladder 2 / Battalion 8.

The trip gave our interns a closer look at the people, operations, and teamwork behind two of the city’s most essential public service organizations. It was especially meaningful given our Executive Chairman Robert S. Tucker’s service as New York City Fire Commissioner from August 2024 to December 2025.

Thank you to the NYPD and New York City Fire Department (FDNY) teams for welcoming our interns and sharing such valuable perspectives.
