Aimee’s journey in beauty started in 2008, training as a hairdresser in Miami Beach. But while she loved the industry, her passion led her beyond the chair and into the business side of beauty.

For the past 16 years, she has worked with some of the most prestigious professional haircare and medical-grade skincare brands, understanding how critical it is to protect their business. As she transitioned away from salon life, she had the opportunity to work closely with distributors and their teams, building strong relationships that have lasted throughout her career. These connections have grown with her—many of the people she worked with early on are now leaders in their own right, just as she has continued to evolve in her role.
