You are not busy because you’re important.

You’re busy because you panic and say yes before your nervous system fully loads.

So I made a one-page survival sheet called:

“What To Text When You Don’t Want To Go”

Soft-no scripts.
Delay responses.
Escape texts.
Boundary lines for exhausted humans socially overextended into another dimension.

You do not actually want to go.

You just don’t want to disappoint anybody.

That’s different.

A huge percentage of adulthood is now:
• staring at a text message
• feeling immediate dread
• and then volunteering your remaining life force because somebody said:
“Totally understand if you can’t :)”

Which is psychological warfare.

So I made a one-page survival sheet called:

“What To Text When You Don’t Want To Go”

A tactical guide for exhausted humans trapped in people pleasing, obligation fatigue, panic replies, and social exhaustion.

Inside:
• soft-no responses
• delayed reply scripts
• anti-overexplaining rules
• emotionally low-friction escape texts

Most people think starting YouTube requires:

- expensive cameras
- perfect branding
- confidence
- cinematic lighting
- and a mysterious “creator personality.”

Meanwhile some guy named Trevor is filming in his car beside a gas station talking about productivity and somehow has:

- 400,000 subscribers
- sponsorships
- and inner peace.

The truth is:
most people are not blocked by equipment.

They are blocked by:

- overthinking
- perfectionism
- embarrassment
- and waiting to feel “ready.”

You do NOT need:

a studio
a $3,000 camera
a podcast microphone that looks like military equipment

You need:

your phone
one useful idea
and the willingness to start before you feel confident.

So I made a short guide:
👉 “How To Start a YouTube Channel With No Equipment”

It’s practical, funny, beginner-friendly, and designed for overwhelmed humans who are tired of endlessly preparing instead of creating.

Inside:

- simple video ideas
- easy content structures
- beginner posting advice
- title tips
- how to stop overthinking
- and how to actually START

Because honestly?

The internet does not need more people researching content creation for 14 months.

It needs more people brave enough to post imperfect things.

Start messy.
Improve publicly.
Win long term.

The guide is here:

At some point, a messy apartment stops feeling messy and starts feeling emotionally aggressive.

The laundry pile becomes furniture.
The dishes become historical artifacts.
You start avoiding parts of the room like the apartment is haunted by poor decisions.

And then people make the mistake of trying to “deep clean.”

Absolutely not.

Burned-out brains do not need:
• a six-hour cleaning marathon
• productivity lectures
• or a minimalist influencer explaining container systems

They need damage control.

I wrote a brutally honest piece about overwhelm, apartment chaos, executive dysfunction, and why most cleaning advice completely fails exhausted humans.

ADHD can turn feeding yourself into administrative work.

Not because you’re lazy.

Because once executive function crashes, even simple food starts feeling impossible.

So dinner becomes:
• pacing the kitchen
• opening delivery apps
• staring into the refrigerator
• eating shredded cheese over the sink
• or forgetting to eat entirely

I made myself a one-page emergency meal sheet for those days.

“The Forgot To Eat Again Survival Sheet”

It includes:
• brain-dead meals
• zero-think grocery defaults
• emergency food ideas for fully cooked brains

No meal prep influencer nonsense.
No “optimize your macros” garbage.

Just low-effort food for bad brain days.

Your resume probably doesn’t need rewriting.

It needs triage.

Most people with weird careers make the same mistake:
they overexplain everything.

Freelance work.
Employment gaps.
Career pivots.
Random contracts.
Self-employment.
That six-month phase where you thought becoming a UX designer might save your life.

So the resume turns into emotional paperwork.

Meanwhile recruiters are scanning for one thing:
clarity.

I made a one-page survival sheet for freelancers, career changers, job hoppers, and anyone whose work history looks chaotic on paper.

No corporate resume guru nonsense.
No motivational LinkedIn fluff.

Just:
• what to cut
• what to merge
• what to stop explaining
• and how to make recruiters understand you faster

“The Weird Career Resume Survival Sheet”

I’ve been freelancing for nearly 40 years.

Long enough to notice something:

Most freelancers don’t lose clients because the client disappeared.

They lose clients because silence makes them panic.

The follow-up gets too emotional.
The message becomes too long.
The tone starts sounding apologetic and desperate.

I’ve watched this happen for decades.

So I made a tiny one-page “Client Ghosting Survival Sheet” with simple follow-up lines freelancers can actually use after clients suddenly stop replying.

No fluff.
No motivational garbage.
Just practical language for uncomfortable situations.

If you freelance, consult, design, write, or sell services online, this will probably sound familiar.
